3. Quotes, Payments & Fees

  • All quotes are valid for a limited time (typically 7–14 days unless stated otherwise)
  • A deposit may be required before work begins
  • Remaining balances are due upon project completion or as outlined in the agreement
  • Monthly services (SEO, CRM, marketing) are billed on a recurring basis

Failure to make payments may result in:

  • Suspension of services
  • Removal of access to websites, hosting, or systems
  • Additional late fees (if applicable)

4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure successful project delivery, clients agree to:

  • Provide all required content, images, and information in a timely manner
  • Respond to communication and feedback requests promptly
  • Review and approve work within a reasonable timeframe

Delays in providing required materials may result in project delays.

5. Revisions & Scope of Work

  • Revisions are limited to what is agreed upon in the original scope
  • Additional work outside the agreed scope may be subject to extra charges
  • Major changes after approval may require a new quote or project revision

6. Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment, the client will own the final approved website design and content (unless otherwise stated)
  • Clear Solutions Technology retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials
  • Third-party assets (themes, plugins, stock images) remain subject to their respective licenses

7. Hosting, Maintenance & Third-Party Services

We may use third-party tools and platforms, including:

  • Hosting providers
  • CRM systems (e.g., GoHighLevel / Thrive)
  • Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • Marketing platforms

We are not responsible for:

  • Downtime caused by third-party services
  • Changes in third-party pricing or policies
  • Issues arising from third-party integrations

8. Limitation of Liability

Clear Solutions Technology is not liable for:

  • Loss of business, revenue, or profits
  • Website downtime or technical issues beyond our control
  • Security breaches caused by third-party systems or client negligence

All services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

9. Performance & Results Disclaimer

While we strive to deliver excellent results:

  • We do not guarantee specific rankings (SEO)
  • We do not guarantee leads, sales, or conversions
  • Marketing results may vary depending on industry, competition, and external factors

10. Termination

Either party may terminate services at any time, subject to:

  • Written notice
  • Payment for work completed up to the termination date

Monthly services may require a 30-day notice for cancellation.

11. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and will not share confidential business information without consent, except where required by law.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of:
